We invite you to deepen your roots in our community by becoming a member of the South Morro Hills Association. As stewards of the last agricultural stronghold in the coastal region of San Diego County, we are a vibrant community dedicated to preserving, enhancing, and celebrating our rich agricultural heritage.

Membership Qualifications and Voting Rights
A regular member is any person or entity owning real property in South Morro Hills. A regular member does not need to reside in South Morro Hills. Regular members have full voting rights. An Associate member is any person or entity who has an interest in South Morro Hills and desires a membership. The Associate membership must be approved by the SMHA Board, and that member will have no voting rights.
Membership to the South Morro Hills Association has an annual fee of $150. Upon approval, you’ll have access to the Member’s Only portion of this website, which contains private access to our community directory, neighborhood information and updates, our RoadRunner newsletter, and more.
